The Retention and Escalation Specialist is one of the most important roles at Panda Pay. In this role, you are the ambassador of our brand in all your interactions with our customers.

As a Retention and Escalation Specialist, you will:

Maximize customer retention by demonstrating value in all our products and services and by adopting PandaPay’s values and mission

Perform proactive analysis to identify at risk customers

Implement collection of feedback from clients, partners and all other stakeholders for continuous improvement

Identify solutions to feedback and trends that can lead to an increase in retention

Handle escalated customer service requests and engage with customers and business partners to obtain final resolution.

Lead the resolution of complex issues while keeping our customers updated every step of the way on the timing and details of potential solutions

Contribute to the documentation of identified solutions

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide our customers with the industry’s best customer service

Actively participate in regular coaching sessions and team meetings



Requirements

What you need to succeed:

A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills

Proven customer service experience and passion for helping others

Experience in the payment processing industry
